Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason.
How to make a return?
- Write to us at contact@chakolab.shop, providing your order number and information on which products you wish to return.
- Pack the product in a way that protects it from damage during transport.
- Send the parcel to the following address:

The product must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of informing us about withdrawal from the contract.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Condition of the returned product
You can check the product to the extent that it would be possible in a physical store.
Please return the complete product, along with all attached elements and accessories.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from using it in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
Upon receiving information about withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the due amount no later than within 14 days.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is the earliest.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used when placing the order, unless we agree otherwise with you.
In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, we also refund the cost of the original delivery up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our store.
