We ship Chako Lab orders within Poland via InPost.

Available delivery methods

InPost Paczkomat®
Choose delivery to a parcel locker when placing your order. After payment, we will ask you to indicate a convenient parcel locker on the map.

InPost Courier
The order will be delivered by courier to the specified address.

Delivery cost

The current delivery cost is displayed during the order placement, before making the payment.

Fulfillment time

We prepare orders for shipment within 1–2 business days from the moment of payment confirmation.

After dispatching the shipment, you will receive a message with information enabling you to track your order.

Delivery time depends on the carrier and may change during periods of increased parcel volume.

Tracking your shipment

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to monitor its status in the InPost app or on their website.
